About

I am a third-generation carpenter, I have been around it all my life. My neighbor and best friend’s dad was also a carpenter.  I grew up working on farms and working in the trades. I got the carpentry bug early when I was 7 or 8 and began building skateboard ramps and treehouses with my friends using my dad’s tools as a matter of fact, I still use these tools today. Didn’t actually ever consider doing it until I began doing it again in my mid-20s after college and realized I really liked it. After about a year of helping my friends, I went out on my own. Got a job in commercial work after a couple of years of being on my own which inspired me to get my contractor’s license. After several years of general contracting and remodeling, I found I enjoyed the best more intimate projects, facilitating the vision of customers in some areas more than others. A few years ago I decided to focus on just the projects that I enjoy and that’s when the business began to thrive. 

My team and I enjoy problem-solving, taking things apart, finding new and clever ways to bring them back together, and most of all integrating the design and project as if it had been there from the beginning. 

It is rewarding to provide a tangible service that brings joy to people and provides quality work that lasts. I take great pride in the relationships that I build empowering the customer with industry knowledge and insight.
